SCME19 Ymateb gan: | Response from: Wayne Staniland

Good morning
I would like to take this opportunity to express my overwhelming
view view that increasing the number of Assembly members in the
Senedd is totally wrong and unjustified.
As Wales is a country with a population of just over 3 million
people we are burdened with over governance.
We have far to many councils as it is and to add 36 more AM’s
is not needed and an extra expense to tax payers.
Changing the way we elect our representatives in the Senedd is also
wrong and undemocratic.
Changes of this magnitude should be put to a referendum for the
people the Senedd is supposed to represent to decide.
I am totally against the way the current Welsh government is trying
to force this bill through.
Regards
Wayne Staniland
